ACTIVITY
We make the work of professionals and highly specialized manpower, the use of quality materials and the use of cutting-edge technologies available to anyone wishing to build, renovate and/or consolidate.
1. Consolidation of foundation structures/special foundations
The consolidation of the foundations and the ground is of fundamental importance in the definitive resolution of cases of structural failure with the formation of cracks in the walls. Consolidating the foundation soil means reinforcing the area subject to pressures related to the weight of the structure.
In this way we intervene directly at the root of the problem, avoiding further and dangerous failures which can compromise, in some cases, the very static nature of the building and therefore its usability.
Consolidation can affect both new buildings and pre-existing structures. In both cases, the reinforcement of the foundations and the bottom soil passes through the execution of so-called SPECIAL FOUNDATIONS: Micropiles, anchor rods, bored piles, CFA piles, FDP piles, mega piles, core drilling, denaggi, DSm.
These types of intervention allow the definitive rooting of the structures on deeper and more resistant layers of soil.
2. Structural Consolidation
The structural consolidation of buildings for civil and industrial or infrastructural use is increasingly required, especially in areas at seismic risk.
The improvement intervention consists in carrying out one or more works involving the individual structural elements of the building to obtain a greater degree of safety, without substantially modifying its overall behaviour.
Structural reinforcement is particularly delicate and requires specific skills.
Depending on the construction material of the building, it is possible to intervene with specific consolidation techniques: fibers, nets, grouts, hoops…
3. Renovation/CA Structures
Building renovation is the set of interventions aimed at transforming building organisms through a systematic set of works that can lead to a building organism that is completely or partially different from the previous one. These interventions include the restoration or replacement of some constituent elements of the building, the elimination, modification and insertion of new elements and systems.
The scope of building renovation interventions also includes the demolition and reconstruction of existing buildings with different shapes, elevations, grounds and planivolumetric and typological characteristics, with the innovations necessary for adaptation to anti-seismic regulations, for the application of the legislation on accessibility, for the installation of technological systems and for energy efficiency.
