RENOVATIONS AND STRUCTURES IN REINFORCED CONCRETE
Modern in Evolution
We are a modern consortium in constant evolution. The main objective is to satisfy every customer request in a timely manner, ensuring rapid processing and at the same time high quality of execution.
Our intervention capacity ranges from the seismic upgrading and safety of civil and industrial buildings (with reinforced concrete or masonry structure), to the renovation or construction of new building structures.
Renovation
Building restructuring is defined in the Consolidated Construction Act as a "set of interventions aimed at transforming building organisms through a systematic set of works that can lead to a building organism that is completely or partially different from the previous one. But let's see which categories are contemplated in the building interventions:
• routine maintenance interventions
• extraordinary maintenance interventions
• restoration and conservative rehabilitation interventions
• new construction interventions
• urban restructuring interventions
And specifically, building renovation includes works such as:
• demolition and reconstruction with the same volume and shape as the previous one (with the exception of what is provided for adaptation to anti-seismic regulations)
• transformation of accessory surfaces into useful and habitable surfaces (such as basements, attics, etc. intended for residential use)
• construction of elevators or external stairs (not related to the care of the home)
• change of intended use of the property (i.e. change from home to office and vice versa)
• splitting of real estate units.
To simplify further, we can say that most building renovation interventions can be reduced to two
typologies: ordinary restructuring and extraordinary restructuring . These distinctions are very useful because they help to clarify: different interventions, in fact, require different operations and rules to be respected.
Reinforced concrete stair carpentry
Reinforced concrete stairs are the stairs used in modern constructions. Concrete makes it easier to give different shapes to the staircase, thus adapting it to the characteristics of the building. It thus becomes versatile and can adapt to different needs in terms of height, width and diameter. Cement is a material composed of cement (precisely), water, sand. The main characteristic of reinforced concrete stairs consists in the creation of formwork where the concrete is poured which will then give life to the stairs. The characteristics of reinforced concrete stairs are: - ease of adaptation; - lightness; - solidity; - mobility. There are different types of reinforced concrete stairs but the cantilevered and helical ones are the best known and most used in buildings in recent times.
Reinforced Concrete Walls
Reinforced concrete walls are usually built on site, but it is also possible to use do-it-yourself techniques. In any case, whatever their size, it is first necessary to prepare a structural project and obtain any authorizations required by local legislation. The project will also serve to determine the amount of materials that are needed to build the desired reinforced concrete walls. Among other things, if a foundation has to be developed, both the weight and intended use of the wall and the characteristics of the ground on which the structure will be built will be evaluated. The materials needed for reinforced concrete walls are very few: steel bars, cement concrete (composed of water, sand, gravel and cement in proportionate parts) and formwork to give shape to the wall. The formworks used for reinforced concrete walls are generally made of metal or wood, made in the same geometric shape that the building structure must have once completed
Carpentry and C.A.
Our carpentry and reinforced concrete structures are designed so that the maximum duration and quality of the same can be brought to a high level and satisfy each of your needs, thus guaranteeing you a perfect final result.
All the different details of the structure are carried out with extreme precision and therefore every job that is commissioned to us is characterized by the highest degree of precision, offering the kind of solution that reflects all your questions.
